The single support leg rotates 90°  clicking into place on either side. Move the support leg to the most favourable position for your training.

Telescopic Height Adjustment

Change hurdle height quicky and effortlessly by lifting the upper crossbar. Lock into place by tightening the screws... it really is that simple
