Ever heard a coach say 'brace your shoulder' or 'squeeze your glutes'? Well, our CHAOS® Ball Stability System does that for you, it's like your own personal coach teaching you how and when to stabilise.
How does it work?
The unpredictable nature of moving water feeds the body with rich training stimulus. Your motor control system responds to this chaotic environment by bracing the muscles surrounding vulnerable joints.
Not only do these bracing mechanisms, known in the literature as co-contractions, protect the body from injury but they also improve rate of force development (RFD) in explosive sports by quickly reducing muscle slack.
